I will strictly regulate harmful content involving minors and encourage every user and creator to join me in the effort to avoid creating or spreading such content! Here are the key points of the guidelines:

1️⃣ Content Endangering the Safety of Minors’ Persons or Property

• Includes content related to sexual abuse, fraud, or physical harm involving minors.

2️⃣ Content Violating Minors’ Privacy and Personal Rights

• Such as disclosing minors’ home addresses, contact details, ID numbers, school information, etc.;
• Includes images of minors’ private parts or nudity.

3️⃣ Sexual or Vulgar Content Involving Minors

• Using children’s images to create sexually suggestive memes;
• Minors posing in inappropriate positions or making sexual gestures;
• Content featuring minors in revealing outfits or vulgar scenarios.

4️⃣ Improper Marketing or Profiteering Involving Minors

• Minors participating in live streams or being encouraged to tip;
• Inducing minors to engage in fan campaigns, fundraising, vote rankings, online arguments, or biased reviews.

5️⃣ Providing Game Account Rentals or Anti-Addiction Services to Minors

• Includes renting, buying, or sharing gaming accounts;
• Teaching how to bypass anti-addiction systems or real-name verification;
• Offering gaming companions, chats, or leveling services.

6️⃣ Content Promoting Inappropriate Behavior by Minors

• Includes early marriage or pregnancy, bullying, and inappropriate social behavior;
• Violations of social ethics, over-adultized behavior, or other unsuitable actions.

7️⃣ Content Promoting Harmful Values to Minors

• Includes violent, bloody, horror-themed, or crime-inducing works;
• Promoting materialism, superstition, “gloom culture,” or other negative internet trends.
